3Do you ship outside the United States?
No. Currently we do not service these areas due to high shipping costs, fraud, and damage issues. We ship all orders placed M-F by 4pm EST the next business day. Generally speaking most orders take 2-7 business days depending on where you are located in relation to our location and distribution center. After we ship your order from our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email. Please note: if your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. Low flat shipping rates, All purchases over $100 ship free! We ship USPS to the 48 contiguous United States. Our shipping cost includes insurance against any damage caused during delivery.

YES. We ship United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking is available no local pick up is available this is an online product only. We will be happy to provide you with USPS tracking number upon request. Please do not initiate this request until at least 7 days from the date you received your shipment sent notice.
7Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or Military APO?
No. Currently we do not service these areas due to shipping costs and damage issues. We are confident that we will find a solution that will enable us to service these areas in the future

9What is your Return Policy?
Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery when the product is defective or damaged. Any other warranty details are included with the shipment. To return a product please follow these steps: 1. To receive an RMA# (Returned Merchandise Approval), you must call our customer support center. You can call and leave a message if during non-business hours and we will return your call on the following business day. It is important to leave a message on the day you decide to return the merchandise since our return policy is to accept returns only when submitted within 24 hours of receiving shipment. We will accept a voicemail as a qualified time. We will still need to speak with you to confirm the details of the return and to provide you with the RMA# which you will need to include with your return. Customer Support M-F 9am-5pm 2. After receiving RMA# from customer support then you may mail the return to: All defective returns require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). Contact our office for an RMA#, which must be put on the outside of the box. Any returns sent to our warehouse without an RMA # will be refused. The cost to ship the defective product back to Bee Safe Solutions will be paid by the customer. For your protection we recommend that they be shipped with tracking information and insurance. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If going by UPS you can use regular ground service. By purchasing a self-defense weapon, including a stun gun or taser from us you understand that BEESAFESOLUTIONS, Inc. does not warrant that you may legally purchase, possess, or carry these products according to any state or local laws. You also acknowledge that you have determined their legality before purchasing and that you are an adult of at least 18 years of age and under no legal disability. 11Product Warranty
BeeSafeSolutions offers a limited warranty on all products. Some products have manufacturer's warranties that are much longer. Products with expiration dates, like pepper spray, have a warranty that is governed by the expiration date. Unless otherwise specified on our product details page, BeeSafeSolutions will repair its products with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge, in the U.S.A. for 90 days from the date of original purchase in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship. Product must be shipped back to BeeSafeSolutions for repair in original packing. Shipping charges for all returns are at the expense of the customer. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty performance is rendered. We email all customers an invoice and this is sufficient documentation to submit for warranty coverage. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use. It does not cover damage which occurs in shipment (covered separately) or failures which are caused by products not supplied by BeeSafeSolutions or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, or commercial use of the product, or service by anyone other than BeeSafeSolutions, or damage that is attributable to acts of God. Limits and Exclusions There are no express warranties except as listed above.
